-- Tom Oates of the Wisconsin State-Journal isn't buying the "Illinois as underdog" theme promoted by Bruce Weber. Michael Hunt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says the Badgers' success is a function not of where they play, but how they play. Ok. But Wisconsin always plays better (and other teams worse) at the Kohl Center.
